Our fitness program

Hi it's me again I'm going to talk about our fitness programme. At this school we do a fun fitness routine called Jump Jam. In this fitness programme where we do some fast dance moves to the music. We do it every day after morning break on the court outside the library. The whole school does it together. We exercise to two or three songs each day. In every dance, song and move you can have some awsome fun while getting fit.
 In cross country the year six and year five have to do four laps then the year four and year threes do three laps around the field. We like our fitness programme because it's fit and healthy fun that everyone can enjoy .
